A How to Guide for Beginners
This primer on redemption operations will explore the essential things you need to consider when developing your FEC’s games and redemption operations. Games management includes how to purchase, manage and set the correct percentage on your games will be covered. It will also examine visual merchandising issues such as signage, lighting, inventory, placement and prize selection. Finally, it will illustrate basic inventory and loss prevention control systems.
