Jim Kipper has been an account manager with Redemption Plus for almost 4 years. He incorporated his strong merchandising background with the Redemption Plus style, elevating our merchandising techniques to a new level with innovation and creativity. He now also works part time with our consulting division, Pinnacle Entertainment Advisors, which helps customers attract and entertain their guests while maximizing their profitability.

Matt Rau began with Redemption Plus as their only dedicated Merchandising Specialist almost 2 years ago. He maintains a busy schedule continuing with his expert merchandising while advancing to a full time account manager, as well. He is in the process of mastering our new plan-o-gram software so we can better assist our customers with their own redemption merchandise layout and design.
